What to do if you are involved in an accident:
  1. Stop. Stay calm. Do not leave the scene.
  2. Call law enforcement authorities immediately.
  3. Do not discuss the accident with anyone except the police or your insurance.
  4. Secure the names and addresses of involved parties and witnesses.
  5. Have your vehicle towed to Costelli & Pardini’s if not drivable. If your vehicle is drivable, call us as soon as possible.
  6. Notify your insurance company of your accident and that we are doing the repairs.

  1. Q: Why should Costelli & Pardini’s work on my car?
    A: Your car is the second largest investment you’re likely to make. Preserve its value and your safety by having it repaired professionally.

  2. Q: Can I drive my damaged car?
    A: Never drive a car that could be unsafe because of damages.

  3. Q: When does my insurance company inspect my car?
    A: Some insurance companies want you to visit their drive-in claims center before having your car repaired. You can do this (if your car is fit to drive), or you may leave your car at our shop for repairs and ask that the insurance company inspect the car here.

  4. Q: Should I get more than one repair estimate?
    A: You are not required by law to obtain more than one estimate or appraisal.

  5. Q: Does my insurance company have the right to tell me where to get my car repaired?
    A: You have the right to go to the repair shop of your choice. Your insurance company cannot require you to go to a particular shop.

  6. Q: If I get more than one estimate, should I go with the lowest one?
    A: Differences in repair estimates are common. A lower estimate may not include all necessary work. If you’re not sure why one estimate is different from another you’ve received, please ask us.

  7. Q: Will you be using original parts to repair my car?
    A: Our shop policy is to use all original equipment manufactured parts unless otherwise instructed by the customer. This insures proper fit and finish while keeping all warranties in place.
