“I had just purchased my 2008 535i 3 days earlier. One night, a few of my friends and I went to grab a drink Santana Row. As my girl friend and I were walking back to the car, I noticed that there seemed to be some debris next to my bumper. As we got closer I realized it was part of my back driver-side lights and paint from my bumper. Needless to say, I was extremely angry and disappointed. I happened to go back to Peterpan BWM where I purchased the car the next day to ask if they had any preferred body shops. They sent me to Costelli and Pardini’s. The service was awesome. Better yet, he told me the job would take only 5 days and I would have my car back good as new. I’ve dealt with many body shops in the past and the one thing I could say for every one of those body shops was – they NEVER give you the car back when they say they will. It usually takes 2 times what they estimate right? Well not at Costelli and Pardini’s. I called the day before my pick up and I was told that my car was being washed and that I could come pick it up that same day if I wanted to. I was pretty suspicious. That’s my nature. In any event, I went and there it was. Clean and perfect. You couldn’t even tell there was any damage. The paint was blended perfectly (even though this was a brand new BMW color and the formula hadn’t even come out yet. I was thrilled that my dramatic experience was over. Ever since then, I’ve brought my car back to Frank’s a few times for minor work and the 08 M-Tech body kit. I would highly suggest coming to place if you need any work to our automobile." - Barney L.
